MEET WEB
Webster "Web" Roth has been a resident of Winfield since 1981. Before moving to Winfield, Web was honorably discharged from the Navy in 1978.
Web's education includes an Associate degree from Cowley County Community College, an undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Quality Management, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Southwestern College. Web is also a Certified Public Manager and one of the past presidents of the Kansas Society of Certified Public Managers.
Web retired from the State of Kansas, working for the Winfield State Hospital and Training Center, the Kansas Commission on Veterans' Affairs (KCVA), the Kansas Veterans' Home, and his last position was with the KCVA serving as Superintendent of the Kansas Soldiers' Home at Fort Dodge, KS.
Web has been a substitute teacher in Oxford, Winfield, and has subbed at the Trinity Lutheran School in Winfield. Web was a reserve police officer in Winfield and served on the transportation advisory board. Web plays and sings with the Winfield City Band, is a South Central Kansas Symphony member, plays piano and attends Cornerstone Bible Fellowship in Winfield. Web became a licensed Realtor in 2013, is the Roth Auction Service LLC owner, and his wife owns and operates TrunkNTreasures in Winfield.
